Karen Masterson - Johnny's Luncheonette, Newton
Karen visited our class at the Cabot After School Program in Newton, bringing her enthusiasm for sustainability & fish stew! In collaboration with Red’s Best Seafood, Karen created a delicious Monkfish Stew recipe that was the hit of our dinner party. She taught us about sustainable fisheries and how important it is to eat local fish that you might be new to us, i.e. MONKFISH! It was delicious, thank you, Karen.
