Nikki Crugnale - Sfolia Baking Company, Belmont
Nikki Crugnale is the owner of Sfolia Baking Company, which specializes in savory Italian crackers. Based in Belmont, MA, her products are sold in retail stores, farmers markets and online. You can also find her crackers at the Belly Wine Bar, Formaggio Kitchen and the Winston Flowers Gourmet Gift Basket Collection.
As a graduate of Emerson College, she studied marketing, entrepreneurship and dance. When she’s not busy baking she’s teaching barre classes, volunteering or baking for fun!
