B.J. is a gardener, a cook and a teacher. She delights in the intersection of all three: cooking with the food she grows with students! She can’t believe she has only been working with Kids Cooking Green for 2 years, as it has felt like such a natural fit for her. B.J. has taught in schools for over 20 years. She’s worn the hat of classroom teacher, specialist, and has pioneered an edible school garden. When she’s not with KCG, she is working with Community Cooks, Groundwork Somerville, reading or with her family.
