Michelle Mulford - Uncommon Feasts, Brookline
Michelle says she loves the culinary journey that food takes to get to the table. As a kid she was amazed by farmers who tended their crops, such as her extended Sicilian aunts and uncles, and was inspired to start Uncommon Feasts a little over a year ago. Her small catering business is designed for families to order weekly dinners that enable them to gather after a busy day and enjoy time together.
Her main focus is on creating locally grown, seasonally balanced menus. She works hard to establish relationships with local small farmers, purveyors and cheese makers. With these relationships, she ensures that she works with pristine ingredients. Michelle has brought her finesse to many aspects of the culinary world from pastry, to personal chef, and now cooking classes in Brookline!
